The license can be from ANY county in the State of Florida

The Bride and Groom must apply together in person.
(Must be 18 years old - or a parental consent must be completed)
Both must provide a State issued photo ID
****make sure your ID is NOT EXPIRED****
The fee is $93.50 and paid to the courthouse
Certified copies will be $7.50
there is NO blood test
Out of State residents can be married the same day license is applied for
NO waiting period!
FL Residents have a 3 day waiting period
If either of you have been divorced within the past 6 months- you must bring a copy of your divorce decree. If it has been more than 6 months- you will be asked where the County/ State and date the divorce was finalized.

If you are not a US citizen, you will need an Apostille.
Blissful Beach Weddings will hand deliver your license back to the courthouse the following business day and the courthouse will MAIL your certified copy in a one to two week time frame....if you require your certified copy right away and will be in town on the next business day, we suggest that you take the license back and they will process it for you to take back home immediately
